When I was a child,

I must have driven my mother half crazy with the lament " I want to make something, please!" She always came through with some new paper or glue or colours. I am still making something in my Art Room at least 4 days a week or more. Are you a maker? Well today we call it crafting, collage or creating.
In the past if I needed something, I would try to make it. At 8 or 9 years old I was crazy about Monopoly. I wanted the game but it failed to appear under the tree at Christmas so I defiantly decided to make one. I made a game. I used even used food colouring to dye my white paper in order to create the colours for the money. I was so determined that I made all that money, printing by hand, and put the amount on every piece.
If you are a creator just keep going and it doesn't take much to do things that you love. It goes to keeping your mind active, happiness ensues, the grey days seem to lift and time flies. Keep making, making, making!!
