I had fun yesterday having a conversation about Arts and Crafts with a friend. We discussed how using your hands can be really therapeutic. We have known this for years but to me it is such an interesting and enlightening subject. Get the mojo going and start something new. I started a new project organizing my stuff in my room and the time flew by. I also started to update this website and you will see I created some new content on my Portfolio page.
Keeping cool and keeping the work going takes some discipline but boy when I am finished whatever the project will be, I feel pretty good.
Now with Covid 19 restrictions lifting, getting outside to take some new photos is the next project. I rely heavily on photos for inspirations when painting. Finding subjects in the fresh and shadowy forests and along the dikes in our area is a great way to refresh myself and get ideas along the way.
Saving my images fills a whole day for me because I love to do the editing and adjust the brightness if need be.
