Anyway, I cannot express to you how TRUE this statement is. I have found quite by accident, that clearing up my work space is a must, a precursor so to speak to getting into a working "headspace". If you follow my blog I have mentioned this before. We are predictable humans we will put off and often it's the things that will help us the most.

I consider my artist pursuits to be the best therapy there is on earth, bar none.
